We went 100 miles to the the numbers from Bob Vanian. No life in the area. No boats to be seen. No tuna. After we started back up towards the lower 500 2 YT on on kelp stop and 12 more on a second. 14 for the trip - up to 25 pds.

Weather was nice and the crew was happy. We did break off a marlin earlier in the AM after we hit the clean water. I think the line was pinched off in the release clip. Long trip and not worth reporting. Apparently, the Tuna were further west, about 25 miles, where the seiners were working. Vanian's numbers for Mon-Tues were history.
