Melody began accompanying us on these trips at a very young age. We had her sleep in the lower bunk and kept her "caged" by using a piece of a large commercial tuna net hanging down from the bunk above and tucked in under her mattress. The netting was provided by our good friend Lloyd Wolf who ran the fuel dock at Marina Cortez on Harbor Island.
